Our methodologies require end-to-end integration with specific business objectives. We do research to inform strategies, goals, objectives and messaging for either sales and marketing initiatives or product development, or both.

 

We believe research must always strive to support particular initiatives, and not be done just because the questions are interesting in themselves. Without business integration, we can neither frame the questions precisely, nor do the analysis required to answer them. Most importantly, without integration each subsequent research project would be effectively independent from the others and significantly less valuable.
